After 13 years in a managerial position with Northrop, Ed decided to broaden his horizons and obtain his real estate license, and in 1995 he began his real estate career. Now, with over 24 years in the real estate industry, Edward Luman's experience is second to none!

They offer two offices, one in Lancaster, CA., which serves all of the Antelope Valley and the other in Kernville, CA., which serves all of the Kern River Valley. Ed obtained his broker's license in 2006, is a proud member of the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and he has received his SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) designation. Edward has spent many years helping people avoid foreclosure by guiding them through the complexities of the short sale process. As an experienced property manager, he also oversees a number of properties in the Antelope Valley area and he also has expertise in buying, selling and leasing commercial property. After being the project manager on the building of the two RE/MAX All-Pro offices in Lancaster and Palmdale, he brings something extra to the table when negotiating for his commercial property clients.
